Campers4Glampers Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to LOVE🤎 your C4G gear! Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or other use cannot be returned or exchanged.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange an eligible item when your requested size is available. If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll work with you on another available option or an eligible refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or where otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If we sent the wrong item or your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos so we can make it right.

FINAL SALE

Personalized/custom-made merchandise, gift cards, and merchandise clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll issue the eligible refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
